Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Nexis Connect, a sole proprietorship registered as CStream AI in Canada, concerning your use of the Nexis Connect voice, chat, and SMS/MMS assistant services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to these Terms.
Subscription and Fees
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis, automatically renewing each billing period. Payments are processed through a third-party provider (Stripe). Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation Policy
You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue through the remainder of the billing period already paid, after which access will terminate.
Money-Back Guarantee
Nexis Connect offers a one-time, 30-day money-back guarantee for new Users. Users may request a refund within thirty (30) days of initial subscription. After this period, no refunds or credits are provided for partial or unused subscription periods.
Intellectual Property
Nexis Connect retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in the Service, including proprietary software, trademarks, trade names, algorithms, and any other intellectual property used to deliver the Service. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and utilize snapshots, templates, or assets provided by Nexis Connect, strictly for use while an active subscriber. Users retain ownership and rights to all outputs generated by their interaction with the Service's AI.
User Conduct
Users agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Users must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, offensive, or infringes upon intellectual property rights or privacy rights of third parties.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Nexis Connect provides the Service "as-is" without warranty or guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Nexis Connect is not liable for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including damages resulting from technical issues, data loss, or third-party service interruptions.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexis Connect from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Users consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Alberta, Canada.
Changes to Terms
Nexis Connect reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
